I have been going to this dealership since 2006. Customer service is top from start to finish! Entire facility is very clean and depending on the length/time of the service, the customer is given Customer service is top from start to finish! Entire facility is very clean and depending on the length/time of the service, the customer is given options (1) to wait in the lobby, (no more tea, coffee or bottled drinks bec of Covid :( (2) shuttle service (drop off and pick up) (3) or a loaner. When coming in for regular maintenance service or repair, price can be between average or fairly expensive (it is a Mercedes Benz after all). And If there are recommendations besides the actual service, customer is not pressed to do it. Overall this dealership and maintenance facility is the best in the area! Thank you! More
I took my C300 in for a B Service that it did not need because I had driven less than 3,000 miles since the last one. When I picked up my car in the late afternoon I was very surprised that it was not th because I had driven less than 3,000 miles since the last one. When I picked up my car in the late afternoon I was very surprised that it was not the peppy car I had turned in. Driving home from the Dealership I noticed hiccups and unevenness. About half way home, There was a loud noise and clouds of white smoke came out ot the exhaust pipe. The yellow check engine light came on. I was terrified! I pulled over as soon as safe and called the dealership. I was put on an overflow line. I called roadside assistance. They said I should drive the car back to the dealership as long as the yellow light didn't turn red. I drove back and left my car. This was Friday around 4:30. I got a loaner but didn't hear about my car until late Monday morning. I picked my car up and was told that the crankcase had been over filled which had caused the problem. I am worried that serious damage has been don to my engine due to sloppy work at Autobahn Motors. More

I have owned many cars, have had dealer experiences from the East Coast to the West Coast, good and bad experiences. Autobahn and Mark deserve a Minimum Score of 10! They have earned it. Mark was very meticulous, he explained in detail what had to be done. Mark told me he would keep me posted on when my car would be ready, he kept his word. There is a problem with resetting my car clock after my service. It unfortunately happens every time I go in for service when the battery is disconnected. Four times now and counting. The story i get is t service. It unfortunately happens every time I go in for service when the battery is disconnected. Four times now and counting. The story i get is that the software Has to be reset for the clock and its a big deal to do this. But then it seems there is some techie who knows how to do it and its not really a big deal at all just a lack of knowledge by those doing the service. So now I am waiting to get it fixed once again. This means at least another trip to the dealer. Give me a call when you find the guy who can help make this right with the dashboard clock for a 2009 550 S. Thank You! Also I have to report another incident nthat occurred. I got locked in the dealership at closing and could not get out! Had to call the police who came, did not have a key and could not reach anyone at the dealership to open the gate. Could really not believe this happened. I like the people but sorry t=but i have to rate this a bad experience in service. More
