Had an appointment today 2/15/25 at Mercedes of Autobahn for service for my Mercedes A35 AMG Hatchback imported from Canada. When I got there, the service doors were closed. I made an appointment today and the doors were closed? What gives? I walked into the dealership and they said they were open, and I said, well the doors are closed. They replied rudely that it opens when you drive up to it as if I’m not intelligent. How would anyone know that? I’ve been to multiple service departments AND I worked at one during my younger years, and I’ve never seen such a failed marketing tool. I drove right in the and viola, the doors open up. I was greeted by a nicer guy that looked like he was only going to be checking us in. He assigned to us service advisor, Joe Leung. He asked me, “what’s wrong with it?” Well, I put it in the notes! You could have went over with me the list of my concerns. I let him know, and then I got to the part where my suspension squeaks loudly when I go over smaller bumps. He then said, “well it’s because you have aftermarket suspension and it’s lowered.” It’s not even lowered! I work on my cars myself, and I crawled underneath to look to know it’s not lowered. He proceeded to ask his co-worker and said, “yeah that’s lowered by like 2 inches!” Keep in mind that this is an A35, not a GLA35. Joe proceeded to walk me around the dealership to find a similar looking car, CLA35, GLA35, etc, but of course, it wasn’t on the lot. And then I let him know that this should be warranty. He said it’s a Canadian car. I know it is! You didn’t have to point it out! I said I had already checked with my local dealership and they said that it had full factory warranty still, and he said “then why are you here?” Excuse me? I chose this place due to great ratings and I believe that a lot of these reviews must have been bought reviews. I told him that I’m starting to second guess my decision on even going here. Joe even stated that someone had cut my springs! How can you make such allegations when you haven’t even got down there and check? He said he will check with his warranty admin, and he came back saying that they were going to charge me first, then if warranty comes through, then he will refund. No! I want you to check warranty first, and then charge me, but even then, I had already checked that it does have warranty! Throughout the service he was rude, impolite, and doesn’t want to listen to the customer. He kept arguing with me like he knew it all, but in fact, he did not. He kept stating that the car is lowered by 2 inches, and it’s aftermarket. It’s not even aftermarket. I don’t know how long he’s been working here, but someone should re-evaluate his customer service, and this whole dealership in general. This will be the last Mercedes that I will ever buy, and this dealership is a disappointment. More
Had a pretty major issue with a sprinter van for our fleet. I reported this to Autobahn and they were very fast at responding to the issue. To my surprise the part had already arrived either Monday or Tuesday and had the van ready to go by 3.28.24. They were very efficient and very fast with the repair to keep my Fleet of sprinters in great working condition. Just would like to say thank you, More

Took my car in three times for them to finally fix the issue. Overall they were in possession of my car for 30 days and put over 100 miles on it trying to 'fix' it. The first two times they gave the car b issue. Overall they were in possession of my car for 30 days and put over 100 miles on it trying to 'fix' it. The first two times they gave the car back to me they even noted that the issue was "mitigated" NOT fixed. Communication with my advisor was poor and made me feel that they didn't care about me at all. Very poor experience after having bought my car from this dealership. More

I gave up on their service a couple of years ago and started taking my Autobahn purchased vehicles to the new SF Mercedes in South San Francisco - much better experience. Autobahn reminded me again today why they suck. I bought a new GLC from Franz a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday it had some software issues so they promised to send someone to pick up the new car and leave me with a loaner. (While that may sound like great service, they are doing it because I'm also in the process of having a 2021 GLE450 repurchased by Mercedes because it was a lemon - another story...) The window today was from 10am to 2pm. I've been stuck waiting for them for over 4 hours. No one called, no one showed up. I called them and left a message which was returned soon after saying they would send someone out within the hour. Would it have been that difficult to call me at 10 and let me know they were going to be late? More

Service advisor was very professional and explained everything. Do not rely on the shuttle service. I called 45 minutes before I arrived at the BART station for a pickup and waited for 90 minutes af everything. Do not rely on the shuttle service. I ended up getting an Uber ride and paying for it myself. If they would have told be how late they are running from the start, I would not have been upset. More
