I CALLED THE SERVICE REP IMMEDIATELY TO REPORT THE PROBLEM AND TO SCHEDULE A RETURN BUT AT THIS TIME (ABOUT 18 HOURS LATER} I HAVE NOT HAD A RETURN CALL FROM HIM. Excellent customer service I had serviced my car here before 2015 and I had been dissatisfied. Then I moved to the city and during 2 years I serviced my car in the city. The service quality was much higher there than what I had experienced here. When I moved back to the peninsula I was not sure that I wanted to have my car service here again.
