I felt invisible I've never driven anything but a Mercedes for 20 years that I've had my license. The dealership and service department have always been a class act as far as being helpful and courteous. This last experience at the service department shows me that the quality of customer service has gone way down! To start, my service provider was not ready for me when I arrived so I had to go track him down. Then I was told that there were no more rental cars available so I would have to take a shuttle. Fine. Well the lady at the desk said the shuttle would be a "long wait". I asked someone who was already waiting and they had already been waiting an hour. So I decided to take an Uber. After dropping off my car at 9:20, I still did not hear from my service provider until close to 3:00pm when I had been trying to call him several times throughout the day to get my estimate. Let me tell you how it's supposed to go. Show up at appointment time and the provider greats you outside as you pull up. He goes through the issues you are having with your car and gives you a printout (which I never got). The dealership gives you a rental car after you show them insurance and drivers license. If they don't have anymore rental cars, they get one from a close by rental car company. You spend 20 min max dropping off your car and are on your way. Then the service provider calls you within and hour or two tops and lets you know the estimate so you can decide to proceed or not. I feel as if Mercedes service department has gone way downhill. Maybe you should not schedule so many cars to be brought in at the same time so customers don't feel invisible. Maybe you should make people feel like they purchased a luxury vehicle for a reason. After this last experience I'm seriously considering another make of car this year when I need a new one. I've always been a Mercedes girl and thought I always would be but it's funny how one bad experience could make you reconsider these things. More

Custom order Sprinter "Awesome" I recently purchased a Sprinter 4x4 van from Mikey V. Due to my wish list and what was available I chose to custom order. I met with Mike, we sat down I recently purchased a Sprinter 4x4 van from Mikey V. Due to my wish list and what was available I chose to custom order. I met with Mike, we sat down, and literally, item by item built my dream van. Mike understood immediately, I new what I wanted and he made sure I got exactly that. In the estimated time frame, my van arrived and I couldn't be happier. Mike was sure to stay in touch during the build and ship process, constantly giving me updates. (I never had to chase him down) I had a flawless experience, and I am so glad I got to work with a professional like Mike V. More

Consumers BEWARE............ Beware, I had pre-qualified for a loan at my credit union. I was given 3 different salesmen. I informed them many times not to submit any credit appl. Since I already was approved and didnt want any "hard hits" made against me. They assured me they would not, LIES LIES LIES the credit bureau informed me they had made inquiries. I was already going to purchase a vehicle that they had until one lie after another was made.there is not enough room to cite all the lies, be careful and your better off going somewhere else to get a car. They are good talkers be careful.... More
I reached Christian through Internet and scheduled a test drive with him. Christian was nice never tried to push me in to buying used cars or buying un-needed options. When I decided to buy my car, I thought I will give him the chance to give me best offer before checking others so he can get the commission. When he offered me a not very interesting offer and his numbers calculations were wrong, I decided to check with other dealers. I easily found a better offer so I passed it to him to hear his thoughts about matching it (still trying to get him the commission). Here is the big shock, he didn't even reply to email, no thank you, I can't match it. Nothing never heard from him after that. That treatment for a prospective customer is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would certainly not recommend buying from that dealer. More
Very serious wanting to buy a new Mercedes but unsure which model, we walked in to take a look at several models we're interested. Jim lied saying 3 models I considered were all out of stock, showed me a which model, we walked in to take a look at several models we're interested. Jim lied saying 3 models I considered were all out of stock, showed me a sedan and a used car from previous year. He didn't even unlock the used car for us to check out the interior and leg rooms. After I came home, I checked their dealer Web site new car inventory, all 3 models that were supposingly out of stock were in fact in stock that day. He just chose to save his time since we probably gave him impression that we won't close the deal that day giving we haven't finalized on model. More
