Consumers BEWARE............ Beware, I had pre-qualified for a loan at my credit union. I was given 3 different salesmen. I informed them many times not to submit any credit appl. Since I already was approved and didnt want any "hard hits" made against me. They assured me they would not, LIES LIES LIES the credit bureau informed me they had made inquiries. I was already going to purchase a vehicle that they had until one lie after another was made.there is not enough room to cite all the lies, be careful and your better off going somewhere else to get a car. I reached Christian through Internet and scheduled a test drive with him. Christian was nice never tried to push me in to buying used cars or buying un-needed options. When I decided to buy my car, I thought I will give him the chance to give me best offer before checking others so he can get the commission. When he offered me a not very interesting offer and his numbers calculations were wrong, I decided to check with other dealers. I easily found a better offer so I passed it to him to hear his thoughts about matching it (still trying to get him the commission). Here is the big shock, he didn't even reply to email, no thank you, I can't match it. Nothing never heard from him after that. That treatment for a prospective customer is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would certainly not recommend buying from that dealer. More
Very serious wanting to buy a new Mercedes but unsure which model, we walked in to take a look at several models we're interested. Jim lied saying 3 models I considered were all out of stock, showed me a which model, we walked in to take a look at several models we're interested. Jim lied saying 3 models I considered were all out of stock, showed me a sedan and a used car from previous year. He didn't even unlock the used car for us to check out the interior and leg rooms. After I came home, I checked their dealer Web site new car inventory, all 3 models that were supposingly out of stock were in fact in stock that day. He just chose to save his time since we probably gave him impression that we won't close the deal that day giving we haven't finalized on model. More

I'm writing this when I didn't buy a car BUT had a good experience. These days, its rare. Joseph Asemi was EXTREMELY professional. He was very responsive, waiting for me at the time of appointment for test drive, had pulled the car (an Acura) for my test drive. Showed me on other one as well. Never once pushed and tried to work on the price as quickly as he could. Ultimately, we didn't align on the price. And we both took it in right spirit. Certain south bay lexus dealer would probably make u feel quite the opposite. I think it speaks highly of a salesman when you feel good about the experience even if u ended up not getting the car. More
Went there on Feb 4th seeing a Convertible add in CL for $23,000 or so, there car was for such a good price we drove 1 hour to get there, so after test driving and everything the car had a little shaking, t $23,000 or so, there car was for such a good price we drove 1 hour to get there, so after test driving and everything the car had a little shaking, they rotated the tires and it got 80% better. then we wrote checks and went through the whole buying process and signing, it was time for receiving the car and for the last very end step to own the car and take it home. the guy who was responsible for giving us the car was super nice he was the tall blond with accent or so. at that moment me and my wife were happy, that minute the dealer suggested "did you look in the hood for the last time?" i was like yes but lets look again , after looking i noticed something that the edge of the hood was slightly diffrent from the ones i have seen before seems like it was painted or so, well we noticed no sticker on the hood and then told the dealer, in the same very moment the dealer said" ok no problem if you dont want it it ok," we asked " was this car in an accident or was this hood replaced or painted" dealer said" we cant say that ,the car fax is clean and there no damaged to the eye" we said so you are saying that this car is original and never painted? the dealer said" i cant say that but i am saying if you dont want it i suggest not buying it if it bothers you so much " "ican say it maybe %50 chance of paint job but i am not sure, and cant say that" , we were confused called several our friend delaer in other states said if thats the case you can take them to court for mis information since the car was "pre owned certified with warranty" after 40 min of thinking and inspecting the car ourselves we discovered the was a drop of paint on the "Mercedes Benz sign that is in the front of the car" and that was it for us, the car was really damaged but car fax was clean and the dealers were denying it and saying it was not damaged and the car was certified. CERTIFIED????? we trusted the certification and thought it is better to buy from a dealer than a person!!! our day was ruined and waist all our time. THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL , so disappointed never go there again More
