Service not up to par Impeccable sales & customer service. Not so great repair service. I am just learning that you need to check if work was actually done. I asked for the break release (E350) to be fixed in 2014 and was told it was. Recently, Apr 2017, reported it again and go it fixed. Driver side glass was left open when it rained during one of my service visits with rain water on seat and floor. And the floor carpet was ripped during one service (guessing carpet vacuum) and I noticed this much later. More
