I CALLED THE SERVICE REP IMMEDIATELY TO REPORT THE PROBLEM AND TO SCHEDULE A RETURN BUT AT THIS TIME (ABOUT 18 HOURS LATER} I HAVE NOT HAD A RETURN CALL FROM HIM.
