I was quoted $360.00 and was charged $975.00. I asked why and Jimmy Ho said it needed a 40k service and I had 38k and car computer said I only needed a basic maintenance. When I asked why Jimmy said it why and Jimmy Ho said it needed a 40k service and I had 38k and car computer said I only needed a basic maintenance. When I asked why Jimmy said it was because they had had half of the work done when I spoke to him at 11:30. I went to my email when I got him me and preliminary report was sent at 1:19? They called at 2:30 and said my car was done- Jimmy lied to me and after I told him to just do regular basic maintenance, he did the 40k maintenance. Needless to say, I was very angry. I really expected better service from autobahn. Jonny Lam always provides great service, unfortunately he was not there. Jodi Garcia More
