There is a problem with resetting my car clock after my service. It unfortunately happens every time I go in for service when the battery is disconnected. Four times now and counting. The story i get is t service. It unfortunately happens every time I go in for service when the battery is disconnected. Four times now and counting. The story i get is that the software Has to be reset for the clock and its a big deal to do this. But then it seems there is some techie who knows how to do it and its not really a big deal at all just a lack of knowledge by those doing the service. So now I am waiting to get it fixed once again. This means at least another trip to the dealer. Give me a call when you find the guy who can help make this right with the dashboard clock for a 2009 550 S. Thank You! Also I have to report another incident nthat occurred. I got locked in the dealership at closing and could not get out! Had to call the police who came, did not have a key and could not reach anyone at the dealership to open the gate. Could really not believe this happened. I like the people but sorry t=but i have to rate this a bad experience in service. More

Impeccable facilities and service. Facility is easy to access and very clean. Loaner car was clean and process easy for check out and in. Service was great! You guys are the worst. You were disrespectful to my wife and daughter. Your team questioned why we brought our cars in, saying our cars where not part of the US Dept of Transportation recall, despite our ge and daughter. Your team questioned why we brought our cars in, saying our cars where not part of the US Dept of Transportation recall, despite our getting two official reminders to take action. More than that, shame on you for using the USDOT sunroof recall to try and sell a host of unrelated products and services and not try to fix the problem. I get that the dealership wanted the serial number on the edge sunroof for its records, and couldn't open it. However, that was not needed to perform the simple multi-point test using suction cups to see if the glass's adhesion would fail (the reason for the recall) at set amount of foot pounds of pressure. I am shocked that wanted to sell me a sunroof diagnosis for $500+ instead of doing your job. To be clear, what you are doing is putting cars back on the road that could cause an accident. This is inexcusable. More

Scammers! I came with a cashiers check, finance manager insisted they needed to run a SOFT credit check, because the cashiers check was to much... They ran a HARD CREDIT CHECK, in fact they ran my credit t insisted they needed to run a SOFT credit check, because the cashiers check was to much... They ran a HARD CREDIT CHECK, in fact they ran my credit through three different banks, after I told them I was there with the total amount including some cash, to purchase the car. I would not trust any of the folks.AB, The guys I worked with were not honest! I was promised new floor mats, never received them! I called/text/ left VM after the deal was completed, I didn’t hear from anyone, in regards to my car. Scammers, trying to pad the books. If I could purchase my car all over again, I would NOT go to Autoboun! I would not recommend this dealership. Buyers be cautious of this dealership. More
