This is BAR NONE the BEST dealership I have ever worked with. Head and shoulders above any other dealership I've been to over the last 30 years in five different states. This is my second purchase at Autobahn Motors and my experience was every bit as impressive as my first purchase. I appreciate their thoughtfulness, preparation and follow through. The show room was clean, spotless, and all associates at Autobahn maintained social distance and worse masks which made it a comfortable, reassuring and safe environment to purchase a Mercedes Benz. This is a first-class dealership. Although I purchased a used car, they treated me as if I was their only customer. I was around 6 pm when I came and this is usually their closing time. They stayed and sati used car, they treated me as if I was their only customer. I was around 6 pm when I came and this is usually their closing time. I have been going to this dealership since 2006. Customer service is top from start to finish! Entire facility is very clean and depending on the length/time of the service, the customer is given Customer service is top from start to finish! Entire facility is very clean and depending on the length/time of the service, the customer is given options (1) to wait in the lobby, (no more tea, coffee or bottled drinks bec of Covid :( (2) shuttle service (drop off and pick up) (3) or a loaner. When coming in for regular maintenance service or repair, price can be between average or fairly expensive (it is a Mercedes Benz after all). And If there are recommendations besides the actual service, customer is not pressed to do it. Overall this dealership and maintenance facility is the best in the area! Thank you! More
