When I came to AutoBahn to see what was wrong, a tire specialist and Ralph determined that the tire had been damaged during the replacement process and explained to me that I would definitely need another tire. Because my car has SAFEGUARD insurance, I was genuinely surprised and felt skeptical about a $90 charge incurred for the replacement. I insisted to Ralph that this charge was unfair because the damage was caused by Encino Service center but Ralph thoroughly explained to me all the steps he had taken to help resolve this issue and the reason for the insurance company’s unwillingness to approve the new replacement. After understanding the complete situation of my car’s unusual circumstances, I felt greatly indebted to Ralph and a strong sense of appreciation for him and his amiable personality.
