Buying a Tesla from a Mercedes dealership was the worst decision ever. The dealership was shady from the start—completely disorganized, with zero communication. I had to chase them for updates constantly, decision ever. The dealership was shady from the start—completely disorganized, with zero communication. I had to chase them for updates constantly, and when they did respond, it was vague and misleading. They couldn’t even answer basic questions about the vehicle or paperwork. Worse, they tried sneaking in a broken window at the last minute. It was an absolute inconvenience having to drive three hours back to the dealership to get my Tesla fixed after they lied to me about its condition. The fact that I had to waste an entire day, take off work 2 different days and spend more money on a trip that could’ve been avoided if they’d been honest from the start is beyond frustrating. Their dishonesty and lack of accountability turned a simple purchase into a huge headache. It’s clear this dealership doesn’t know how to handle Tesla sales, and they don’t care about their customers once they’ve got your money. Avoid this place like the plague if you don’t want to get ripped off or stuck dealing with shady, incompetent people. What a nightmare! More
