**Review of Autobahn Luxury Motorcars** I purchased a 2014 Mercedes-Benz Truck from Autobahn Luxury Motorcars in June 2023, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. They sold me a lemon! Within just 2014 Mercedes-Benz Truck from Autobahn Luxury Motorcars in June 2023, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. They sold me a lemon! Within just nine months, in March 2024, I had to spend a fortune on repairs, including a high-pressure fuel pump, engine mount, transmission mount, and new tires. Despite these extensive repairs, the right side rear TV for the backseat still needed fixing. Now, barely a year after purchasing the car, it is completely non-operable. The battery is dead, the truck no longer opens automatically, all the spark plugs need replacement, and the gas line from the high-pressure fuel pumps needs to be replaced. It is evident that Autobahn Luxury Motorcars knew they were selling me a defective vehicle but chose to do so anyway. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. Do not risk your hard-earned money here. This place is horrible, and their unscrupulous practices have left me in a worse position than before. Now, I am forced to look for a new car while still paying off the loan on this lemon to protect my credit. Stay away from Autobahn Luxury Motorcars and save yourself from a similar fate. More

Ryan who was said CUSTOMERS This message is addressed to the owner of Autobahns. I had the most unpleasant experience with two of your employees. Ryan who was said to be the manager and Ariana who I am assuming is your sales person. My family and I drove 80 miles to your dealership a whole 2.5 hrs from our home to spend less than 5 mins at your dealership. I was 100% ready to purchase a certain car for my son. We were quoted a price and told it was absolute. They didn't even try to work with us. They didn't crunch numbers or try calling you as the owner to work something out; they did absolutely nothing to make us feel like they were trying to get us the best possible deal. In fact Ryan went as far to let us know because it was a new car on the lot that he wanted to see how much more money he could make from it and he could only reduce the price of the car only if it sat on the lot for 30+ days. In all honesty I didn't need to have the car price lowered; it was more a Teaching lesson for my young son on how not to be taken advantage of. This was a present for him after completing his term as a Marine and I wanted nothing more to get this particular car for him. Your employees really ruined this for him. He was so excited to be getting his dream car, and I really wanted to buy it for him but your employees do not deserve the commission they would have received, not for how hard we have worked to be able to purchase this gift for our son and then turn around to give our hard earned money to your employees that didn't bother even to pretend to want to sell us a car. I wanted you as their employer to know what kind of employees you have working for you and how they made us feel, and that if they would have applied a tiny bit of consideration and just a little effort to make us feel like this was the best they could do I would have bought the car full price but because of their lack of customer service and want to make full commission they have lost your dealership 21,500 cash for a 2014. Plus purchasing the ridiculous 30 day warranty. Because of your two employees' Ryan, your sales manager and Arianna who didn't even want to bother Ryan, to speak on the price I will take my money elsewhere. To anyone looking to buy a car I would avoid this company. Especially if you are looking for that buying a car experience this is not the place to do it. Save your gas, save your time and save your money and go to a dealership that will make you feel like they are happy to serve you and that actually do their job as salespeople that are not only looking out for their best interest but for yours as well. I do hope your dealership sells this car. It was a beautiful one, but if by chance you get less than what you are asking for, or it sits on your lot because nowadays most people can't drive that kind of car, remember this review and use it as a Teaching tool of how not to lose money and potential customers and let them know there lack of consideration has caused me to write this review. I would give your company zero stars if I could and it is because of your two employees I will make sure to post this review to every site I can find to warn your possible future customers to avoid this dealership at all cost.
