I have always received excellent service from this dealership! I had to use Autobahn's valet/shuttle service as my husband was unable to drive due to recent knee replacement surgery...I cannot remember the first driver's name that took me home after I dropped off my car, but I do remember the second driver's name, Doug Black, that picked me up from my home to pick up my car after servicing - both drivers were very courteous, friendly and I had a great conversations with each one. More

I am so grateful to Autobahn BMW and their service team. They fixed a problem that another dealership refused to acknowledge. The only thing the other dealership would say is that we would fix this but "y They fixed a problem that another dealership refused to acknowledge. The only thing the other dealership would say is that we would fix this but "you didn't buy your car here" and the solution they were offering was not even the right fix. But Autobahn's master technician and service advisor and manager listened, acknowledged my problem, and vigilantly worked with BMW for this rare issue. They always go above and beyond and that's why I drive an hour from home past the other dealership just to work with this team! They care about the customer and that is why I will continue to also purchase my cars from BMW as their sales team is AMAZING too! Even the valet and cashier team are always great to work with!
