Thorough and found the problem and fixed it I brought by 17' X6 in for a rattle in the drivers side window and my service advisor Karla said she would take care of it. Karla has always been ex I brought by 17' X6 in for a rattle in the drivers side window and my service advisor Karla said she would take care of it. Karla has always been extremely knowledgeable and friendly (along with everyone else in the service dept.) and knows the right questions to ask to understand the problem. She not only kept me informed of the progress along the way but also called and was excited to be able to tell me that they found it and it was fixed. I was out of town for two days and couldn't pick up until Thursday and she said it wasn't a problem and my car would be ready and washed when I was ready to pick up. I have purchased and serviced other BMW's at other dealers and the service advisor (in this case Karla) can make or break the overall experience and Karla always goes the extra step to make the experience and on brand for BMW.
