Autobahn BMW

I have been trying to make an appointment to replace all four of my tires but evertime I get transferred to make an appointment no one picks up. So today I tried one more time to get through but once again four of my tires but evertime I get transferred to make an appointment no one picks up. So today I tried one more time to get through but once again no on picked up... I called back and requested to speak to a supervisor in hopes to make an appointment through the supervisor. The rep wouldn't transfer me because I didn't give her a reason why I wanted to speak to one. I eventually told her it was about customers service and wasn't rude but I guess that wasn't a good enough reason and I never go transferred. I wad placed on a blank line. I called back and asked for the supervisor again still wasn't rude but whom ever got on the phone didn't introduce who they was they sounded upset and was every short but had no idea why I asked to speak to a supervisor. So I asked are you the supervisor he stated he was the owner. I asked well why didn't you say who you was (that comes with great customer service). He stated he didn't say who he was because he gets these types of calls all the time (mind you he didn't know why I was calling). Well sir I'm not them I am my own customer to your business. We went back and forth for awhile and then I just got short with him because it's a Monday they just opened and was being rude and short when they was in the wrong to begin with. If they are getting complaints all the time then maybe they should work on their customer service. My husband is taking my car to another tire place right now and it's just sad we as people need to do better especially if that was the owner answering the phone like that... it was ridiculous I will never go back and spend my money with them ever again and will never recommend anybody there. I'm putting this on all of my social media platforms so people think twice about spending there time and money with this business... More
