I've visited new and used dealers with my fj cruiser that I was paying wayyyy to much for and after dead end searches I was starting to think there was no hope. After realizing my last resort should have been my first and only I contacted Eric at auto gallery. These guys were awesome! Got me out from under my vehicle and Into a new nice sporty Hyundai for much less than what I was paying! They have no idea how much weight they lifted off my shoulders. They were courteous and non pressuring like all the other dealers out there. They actually cared about my situation and did everything they can! Now I'm paying over $300 less a month then What I was paying. If anyone is looking for a vehicle these guys are the people to go to. From now on all my friends and family will be going to see Eric and Sergio at auto gallery in cumming ga. I can go on and on about all the positives but as we all know we are all limited with the time we have on our hands per day. So I'm gonna leave this here by saying thank you so much!!! one of the Best car buying experiences !! We drove over an hour to look at a truck that we saw online. Totally hating the thought of being attacked by some pushy salesman. Tony walked up to us a few minutes after we started looking at the truck. He was very friendly and informative while allowing us to take our time inspecting the truck. We spent a few hours there and never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. They worked with us financially and we made a great deal that worked for all of us. After 45 some years of working with dealers I've finally found my favorite one. I was stranded at a bus station some 40 miles away and they picked me up, fed me breakfast and off to the dealership we went. All the staff were nice and treated me with utmost courtesy. They all deserve raises. Financed me a used Buick when no other dealer would. A special thanks goes to Alex and Lisa. I have no hesitation of recommending Auto Gallery to anybody. I was highly pleased with them and so will you! Need a good reliable vehicle? I suggest paying them a visit. Their prices are reasonable comparative to the condition of their vehicles. Thanks Auto Gallery I look forward to a lifetime relationship! More
Disappointed Purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler for $30K. During the test ride of the vehicle Alex (our sales person) indicated that the KC Fog lights were mounted bu Purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler for $30K. During the test ride of the vehicle Alex (our sales person) indicated that the KC Fog lights were mounted but not functional. Also, the radio antenna was not installed as the threads were stripped and the mount needed to be replaced. During the inspection and test drive process on a Thursday we were told by Alex that the radio antenna would be fixed, “No Problem”. When we asked them to come down $500 on the price to cover the lights that were not wired, they instead offered to wire them. We decided on Saturday to go with this vehicle over the others and we confirmed with Alex that we would be in Saturday afternoon to pick the Jeep up. Alex indicated that 2:30 PM would be best for pick-up as they were wiring the lights and detailing the unit. We arrived late Saturday afternoon, 3:20 PM to be exact and the Jeep was being finished up(an hour later than planned). We signed the paper work prior to seeing the jeep (stupid move on our part), but before the delivery inspection paper work was finalized and signed we asked to see the Jeep to inspect it. Long story short the antenna was not fixed and lights were wired, but the wires were exposed to the out sided of the bumper, run from top to bottom where the winch mount holes were on the custom front bumper and poorly wrapped in Electrical tape, and unevenly placed. I could not believe how poorly the job was done. In an attempt to make me happy they offered for me to come back on Monday (50 mile round trip drive) and they would fix the wiring and the antenna. Showed up 9:00 AM sharp on Monday morning when they opened and waited 25 minutes for someone to figure out what needed to be done as they misplaced the paperwork from Saturday! Alex the Sales person was on a call at the front desk and couldn’t even acknowledge my arrival or request another associate to assist me, must have been working hard on his next sale. After 15 minutes I asked an associate to locate the Service Manager as I thought they would be expecting me. Unfortunately, this was not the case. This is when we discovered they had “misplaced” the service ticket from Saturday. Longer story short….the antenna they installed was a used one from another Jeep and the bracket was all scratched up and missing the spacer (because it didn’t fit according to the Service Manager). The lights were fixed, but the wiring was still on the outside exposed to the elements and in need of being rewired when the winch is purchased and installed. I lost it at this point. I spent $30,000 on a vehicle and I felt like I had bought a $500 clunker from fast Eddy on the corner. To top it all off, they didn’t fill the tank up on Saturday when I picked it up and I had just wasted over a quarter of tank to be subjected to more POOR customer relations. I don’t know how they received their 4.8 star rating, but I am here to tell you my experience was the poorest experience in my 30+ years of buying vehicles. More
