Amazing Service After going to the Nissan, BMW, and Carmax dealership I decided to try Auto Gallery. It showed up on dealerships near me and decided to look at their website for their inventory. First thing I noticed was the amazing price and great millage. Their website is very easy to use and has pictures of all of their cars. I saw a car that caught my attention and decided to go to the dealership. I got out my car and in less than 3 minutes my sales representative, Hope, came and attended me. Let me just say that this dealership is not BIG dealership like Nissan,BMW, or Carmax. However, it had the best customer service from all of them. This was a major factor in deciding to purchase my car. Hope was very friendly and answered all my questions. Even the representatives that were not working with me were also helping me. Travis was my finance representative and he was amazing. I was speaking with a the finance representative for BMW and seriously all he did was talk income. All he wanted was money this money that. Don't get me wrong of course I expected that but the difference was in costumer service. Travis was able to talk about money and not make it feel like its just money. He was very easy to talk to and offered the best choice for me. If you want to feel like you are just a money sign so the dealership then I recommend you going to any major dealership and get ripped off. Auto gallery will work with you and will treat you with 100% costumer service and make you feel like a friend instead of just another sale. More
