TOLD OUR SALES REP MONICA ABOUT THE WINDOW SOUNDING AS IF IT WAS GOING TO COME OFF TRACK 6 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. SHE CLAIMED SHE WOULD HAVE IT LOOKED AT AND NEVER CALLED US BACK. ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER AND SHE STILL HAS NOT CALL. WE HAVE CALLED AND TEXTED NUMEROUS TIMES. NOW THE WINDOW MOTOR WENT OUT AND GLASS OFF TRACK. CD PLAYER DOESNT WORK. NEVER DID! WE CALLED THE MANAGER ALEX TWICE. NOW HE CLAIMS HE NEVER SPOKE TO US. LETS NOT MENTION WE WENT TO GET OUR TAG ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD NOT EVEN GOTTEN THE CAR EMMISSION SO WE HAD TO COME ALL THEY WAY BACK OUT HERE AND WAIT WHILE THEY GET IT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. IM SITTING HERE NOW AND THE MANAGER IS PURPOSELY MAKING ME WAIT JUST TO BE A JERK! NOT COOL! *Original Post* Monica was able to find a vehicle that we needed and it was immaculate. We have only had the car now about two weeks, but it rides beautifully! Staff is friendly and dealership is clean. Beautiful cars. My only complaint is that I wished they were as prompt with returning calls after you purchased the vehicle as they were before you purchased the vehicle. Tighten up on that and this would have easily been a five star rating! More

Scam artists I test drove a car, and liked it very much, so told them I needed to get a pre-purchase inspection completed by my mechanic, which is pretty standard I test drove a car, and liked it very much, so told them I needed to get a pre-purchase inspection completed by my mechanic, which is pretty standard practice for savvy used car buyers. They said that would be fine, but that I could HOLD the car and that they'd take it offline and keep it for me with a deposit. I agreed, and paid the deposit on Saturday afternoon, with their word in WRITING that the car would be held for me until Monday. I received a text message on Monday at precisely 8:57am from their sales manager, Alejandro "Alex" Mora, notifying me that they had sold the car. They lied to me, took my deposit, and sold the car behind my back. I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. This is how they do business. Do not buy from these clowns. More
