Overpull of credit I arrived at the lot with a preapproval from Capital One and had inquired about a car on their website posted for a particular price. When I got to th I arrived at the lot with a preapproval from Capital One and had inquired about a car on their website posted for a particular price. When I got to the lot, they stated that it was the wrong price and gave me a new price that was $1500 higher. Once we negotiated about that, they decided to honor the original price listing. Repeatedly, I told the salesman and the credit manager that they could only send my credit application to Capital One. Today, after checking my credit reports, they sent my information to 4 other loan providers. Everyone beware, they do not respect your wishes and try to trick you into paying extra while driving your credit score down. I had done a review yesterday previous to knowing the full details. Buyers beware, take your own outside financing and do your research before visiting this lot. More
