He set us up with a loaner car for over a week while our truck was being repaired. He even kept the truck an extra day after the repairs were completed to drive it more extensively in order to make sure the repairs were proper. He is an asset to the service department of this dealer. More

We pulled into Hendersonville Dodge at 3:00 pm on a Friday. The issue was a bearing failing in the water pump and it needed to be replaced, a 2-3 hour job. Fred and Terry worked extremely quickly to get the repair done before they closed at 5:00. Without these two guys putting in the extra effort me, my wife and three young children would have been stranded in town until Monday, and would have missed a family funeral that we were trying to get home to. More

I cannot praise Terry Wynstra enough!! He has been my "personal" mechanic for all nineteen years. The great miles I get on my cars is due to his excellent care. Also, Robert and Mia are the best service writers I have known. They all treat me like I am more than just another customer. I also have Terry service my 1989 Ford Ranger.
