excellent customer care and service Thomas took excellent care of us when our 1 ton dodge ram truck needed extensive service. He sent a mechanic to ride with my husband in the truck to l Thomas took excellent care of us when our 1 ton dodge ram truck needed extensive service. He sent a mechanic to ride with my husband in the truck to listen to a noise that had developed. He sent us into the service bay and had Travis, the mechanic, show us the specific problems. He set us up with a loaner car for over a week while our truck was being repaired. He even kept the truck an extra day after the repairs were completed to drive it more extensively in order to make sure the repairs were proper. He is an asset to the service department of this dealer. More

Vacation breakdown Our family was driving home from a week vacation at the beach, when our Dodge Grand Caravan started making a grinding noise. We pulled into Hendersonv Our family was driving home from a week vacation at the beach, when our Dodge Grand Caravan started making a grinding noise. We pulled into Hendersonville Dodge at 3:00 pm on a Friday. The issue was a bearing failing in the water pump and it needed to be replaced, a 2-3 hour job. Fred and Terry worked extremely quickly to get the repair done before they closed at 5:00. Without these two guys putting in the extra effort me, my wife and three young children would have been stranded in town until Monday, and would have missed a family funeral that we were trying to get home to. More

...Samuel Williams (Service Advisor) I've been to this dealership many times over the years and always had a good experience, but this was the first time that I met Samuel. Prompt, personable, and most importantly kept me updated as to how things were going with my car which was there for a recall on the airbag. A real asset to the company. More
