Terrible! False Advertisment I normally ONLY buy/trade cars with Jim Barkley Toyota because they are just AWESOME to deal with. This time I thought I would step outside my comfort I normally ONLY buy/trade cars with Jim Barkley Toyota because they are just AWESOME to deal with. This time I thought I would step outside my comfort zone (even though I've always heard they were awful to deal with, not friendly and would try and rip you off) only because they had a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sitting on there lot that I fell in love with, it was Black, nice wheels and tires with a small factory lift. I had drove by and watched it online for about a week and a half. When driving by there was a bright yellow tag hanging from the rearview mirror for $42,000 and some change but online that particular Jeep with photos and all was listed for $35,375 so I finally decided to stop in look and test drive it. After driving I really liked it so I called my bank the following day gave her all the info on the Jeep she said let me know when you want check. So I went down to talk numbers, I told them what I wanted for my SVU and what I would give them for thiers, He said before we get started you know that that vehicle isn't $35,375 right? ME: I said well that Jeep pictures and all have been listed online for a week and a half for $35,375 so basically FALSE ADVERTISMENT. Dealership Response: Well yeah we just haven't had time to go online and put everything in. ME: So, basically you've just wasted 2 days of my time...... Ugh The day after I go back online and that same Jeep had went up from $35,375 to $44,000 and something REALLY???? Hendersonville Dodge sucks and I will NEVER go back or ever refer anyone to them. The AWESOME thing is I went to Skyland Automotive bought the same Jeep with a lot more options for a lot LESS MONEY and the staff and sales associates were SO NICE and AWESOME to work with!!!!!! I say all this only to "WARN" you about Hendersonville Dodge. They lie, False Advertise and will try and rip you off. If you want Nice people, easy to deal with and work to get you what you want at the BEST price SKYLAND AUTOMOTIVE ROCK so go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Worst experience EVER!!! I talked to someone online she was SO NICE. I went in I was treated like a stupid female who didn't know what she wanted. All I wanted was to test drive a jeep they took my car a 2015 FR-S acted like they were doing me a favor! I walked out took my FR-S home and will keep it BUT I will buy a Wrangler but not from them. If you have to ask me if I have good credit and I'm driving an FR-S you don't want my business. Thank God my husband didn't go. More

Bad Experience - bait and switch tactics I saw a nice jeep wrangler unlimited on the lot on a tuesday evening. I requested a internet price on Wednesday morning. I checked with my manager on the price on the Jeep for you and wanted to let you know that the price of $38,524 is the invoice on the Jeep and it is listed as a mistake... This is GREAT for you because it is our mistake that we are going to honor for you!!!! This is an amazing deal for you!! I made an appointment for a test drive same day. When I got there the person I had been communicating with was not in, but another sales person offered to help me. I took the jeep for a test drive while my trade was evaluated. while test driving we discussed features and confirmed pricing. I asked for a overnight evaluation as I was interested in purchasing the jeep. I called the dealer the next morning (left VM) and said lets confirm the trade value and get the paperwork started. On my way to the dealer over lunch I received a call back from the sales person. We started going over the details of the sale on the phone. When taking over specific's of the deal, the price went up by 8K!. When I told the salesman this was not the agreed price, he said someone made a mistake, they forgot about the 8K of additional dealer add on's. I immediately told him this wouldn't work I would bring the jeep back, later that day. I quickly called him back and said I was on my way now, I was 15 minutes away. when I got there, he was not available. A true bait and switch situation, very dishonest dealership. There are much better dealers in the region. More

They saw a young kid with a pocket full of money and made sure they took every bit of it and then some by the time he left. Now we have had to bail him out of a 19% interest rate and all he has to show for it is a truck that is barely worth the amount he owes on the loan. If we tried to sell it today, only a few short months after it was purchased, he would loose over $10,000. I tried calling to speak with the General Manager, Rick Chandler, his guy is better protected than the President of the United States, after 4 phone calls I have yet to speak with the man. They finally put us in touch with the Director of HR (figure that one out) and he basically told us that they covered their xxx by having my son sign all the paperwork and we are screwed, thank you very much! More
