When you schedule an appointment that should be your time. I had to call them 6 hours after my scheduled appt time to find out what was going on with my car. They had not looked at it yet. My appt was f time. I had to call them 6 hours after my scheduled appt time to find out what was going on with my car. They had not looked at it yet. My appt was for 9am and at 3:10pm I made my first call to find out that they had not even looked at my car nor had they bothered to update me. I did not get my car back until after 3pm the next day. Same TMS issue 3 times.. More

People are courteous, went in with one problem come out with a bigger one went in with engine light on was told it could be fixed for $1300 went to pick it up. It was $1500. They said I was good to go drov with a bigger one went in with engine light on was told it could be fixed for $1300 went to pick it up. It was $1500. They said I was good to go drove 2 miles down the road engine light back on took it straight back said I had another problem. It was gonna be $3000. This time I needed a catalytic converter. More

I was having my Tahoe serviced and everyone in the service area was exceptional. I started the conversation with the sales department about a new Tahoe. Everyone at this dealership was great to talk service area was exceptional. I started the conversation with the sales department about a new Tahoe. Everyone at this dealership was great to talk and work with. I would recommend to anyone to shop at the Waynesville Chevrolet dealership!! By far the best dealership around in Western NC. I haven't purchased a new Tahoe as of now, but if I do I will be purchasing it from them! More
