Very slow service even with an appointment. Took 45 minutes just to take my car to the back. Then I was quoted a price for what was being done but at checkout it was a good bit higher because o Took 45 minutes just to take my car to the back. Not the first time prices are different than quoted or it takes hours longer than quoted. More

They must have purged all the reviews from 2022 however I will still attempt to leave one. We sent our vehicle a 2018 Chevrolet traverse to them months ago and had them check for noise in their rear end and will still attempt to leave one. We sent our vehicle a 2018 Chevrolet traverse to them months ago and had them check for noise in their rear end and a noise when the air conditioning comes on. When we went to pick the car up to see what was wrong they said nothing was wrong. Now it has been four or five months later we took a back for the same problems and last week we scheduled with them for today at 1:00 o'clock. After taking time away from our schedules to meet their schedule we showed up on time and was told that the guy that usually checks for noises was out sick and that they were covered up if we could come back on Thursday. I'm not sure if this dealership is going out of business but we've had nothing but poor sales and service from this particular location. The promised oil changes you have to fight for, rotation of tires and then forgetting the locking lugs, and unable to determine cause for concern noises. They could have contacted us prior to us leaving for our 1:00 o'clock appointment and let us know that the only guy that could check on a noise was out sick. I didn't trust anything after the sales experience I had with them and now I trust nothing they say in the service department. More
Everyone at this dealership were so professional, kind, courteous. They were able to take a terrible experience I was having with my old car, and turn it into a very caring and good experience buying my ne courteous. We worked mainly with James and and he was very informative. Kept us up to date what was going on. Ron had to take over the next day. Most non caring non profeessional service dept I have EVER . These guys are a bunch of smooth talking smiley faced crooks . Tried to tell me I had to buy extra parts for the job because my parts were seized . These guys are a bunch of smooth talking smiley faced crooks . Went to another service center and asked them if they had any problems getting the parts off They said no, that it was just routine stuff . The first week I went to the Auto Star service, they told me they would have to charge me to take the tailpipes off to get my part changed . Those smiles and words are the equivalent of a robber pulling a gun on you and asking you to hand over your wallet . These guys have no integrity and are overly dishonest, even for a dealership . How many thousands of dollars have these guys stolen over the years for unnecessary service to your vehicles ? Think twice before going here. They will beat you if they can . More
