This is the first time since I have been coming in for service that I didn't feel like I was an intrusion on the reception clerk. The lady that registered me in was a wonderful change! Service Department has went down hill. I have had issues with my tires not coming in and not being called two times. The wait time is ridiculous. Mike Rich is really good though.
