Dishonest I went to look at a car and they said it was in Canton. I was called the morning to see if I was still coming to see the car at 1 PM. When I got there they said it was sold 2 days prior. Why did they call and ask me to come and see something they didn't have. Terrible Customer Relations from begining to end ! I went to Taylor Ford and purchased a car. Nice! Never again at the Cheve Dealership. They lied lied lied ! More

Worst customer service experience ever We made a deal on a Tuesday to have a vehicle brought in from another dealership. We were told the vehicle would be there the next day. Since we are f We made a deal on a Tuesday to have a vehicle brought in from another dealership. We were told the vehicle would be there the next day. Since we are from out of town , we said that we would not be back until Saturday. That being said we were told that we would get a call when they had picked up the vehicle in question. On Friday my husband called the salesman to see if we were good to go to pick our car up the next day. Sales consultant calls my husband back and says they have a little problem and that the other dealership did not want to release the vehicle. Long story short, we should have received a call on Wednesday. We also left messages with the sales manager without getting a call back. We did get the vehicle late Saturday afternoon and were again promised call backs the next Tuesday. As of today we still do not have a satisfactory response from anyone. Obviously I will not recommend to anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
