My insurance company called me twice with questions about things they had been told that contradicted what they thought they knew. Example: The insurance co. had been told I had traded in a 2016 Chevy SUV. I had insured a 2016 Chevy Cruz. The second was an incorrect VIN number. I was asked to provide proof that I had made lease payments. That could easily be verified by calling the loan agency. (my printer did't work and I couldn't provide it) A note was put on a paper saying I had a front end collision. Another mistake. Too many mistakes for my comfort. Amanda was very pleasant, but needs to be more careful. More
