Less than 0.5 miles away from dealership after purchase, two warning lights came on (no coincidence if you ask me). Contacted salesman, and he talked to service department and said they would not do anything about it (said his hands were tied). Contacted two other dealership folks and no resolution. Waited over a week to see if anyone would call to resolve and no one has. More

Most non caring non profeessional service dept I have EVER . These guys are a bunch of smooth talking smiley faced crooks . Went to another service center and asked them if they had any problems getting the parts off They said no, that it was just routine stuff . The first week I went to the Auto Star service, they told me they would have to charge me to take the tailpipes off to get my part changed . Those smiles and words are the equivalent of a robber pulling a gun on you and asking you to hand over your wallet . These guys have no integrity and are overly dishonest, even for a dealership . How many thousands of dollars have these guys stolen over the years for unnecessary service to your vehicles ? Think twice before going here. They will beat you if they can . More
