I bought a vehicle in December I was in need of a vehicle and my husband and I went to auto star and talked to Raymond I was looking at a used explorer but nobody would finance it for me . So I wanted to jus and my husband and I went to auto star and talked to Raymond I was looking at a used explorer but nobody would finance it for me . So I wanted to just go home and Paul said , Raymond what a Chevy trax I drove the car and when I got back they had it financed and I know we come around 6 so they where getting ready to close so I felt like I was being pushed into something I didn’t want . And I tried to trade it in at Taylor Ford and I was to upside down . So I called Raymond cause some how my paperwork got lost it took about a month to get copies . Well I went to get the paperwork and told Raymond and Dan Schultz that I got screwed twice now and I wouldn’t be back . Well low and behold Raymond called me and he said I feel bad for the way we done you can you let on us work on you a trade and I said yes . And I said my husband is looking to trade his Ford F-150 also . He said let me talk to Paul and let us see what we can do , I was scared to death . They come up with a deal I went to test drive the equinox I liked it better than the trax I I’m a big woman and I felt stupid driving something so small . So I was gonna leave and talk to my husband about the trade and they were like here are the keys just keep and drive it until your husband gets home we’ll he didn’t get off till 7pm and they waited on us till 8:15 pm and Paul said everyone is tired I don’t want to make the same mistakes we made the last time and Raymond showed me a Chevy silverado for my husband I Loved it and when my husband seen it he loves it. It’s been years since we had new vehicles . So needless to say we went home that night excited about the vehicles Paul told me to drive the equinox home and the next morning I had stuff todo so I drove it and my husband got off early the next day. And I prayed the night before that champion credit would pick up the loan , we go in with all kinds of good news lower payment on mine and champion credit picked up the truck as well we are so happy , because that’s our bank . And those people made such a bad experience into a wonderful experience the second time . Everyone slowed down and let me breathe they listened to me and was very concerned about how I felt about the whole trade this time I was walked threw everything and and it was explained to me this time .
