Lack of communication! !!! I called to schedule and appt for my 2021 (owned less than 2 years, bought brand new from this location) was told to have it here at such in such !!! I get there and he ask me when I’ll be back, I told him I was waiting, service writer then said well you’ll need leave it with us. I was not told of this, was not prepared, service writer then told Me it would be a couple days. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE APPT IF YOU CANT TOUCH IT FOR DAYS!! This was the second time I had it in for a malfunction since I bought it. I am Not happy with the service I have received either visit! More
