Overall it is a good Dealership. Could work on Service Dept repairs cost to Customers.. Personel are good at the service desk (especially Holly V.) I really wish 0 stars were an option. I have taken my car in on 3 different occasions paying over $1,000 each time and it has never been completely fixed. Each time I get it back somethin I have taken my car in on 3 different occasions paying over $1,000 each time and it has never been completely fixed. Each time I get it back something is still wrong. The most recent time I took my car in because it wasn't accelerating and it was blowing white smoke, they had it for 2 weeks and I spent $1,600. The day I picked it up it drive fine on the way home then I got on the interstate and it starts puttering and blowing so much smoke I couldn't see behind me. I took it back the next morning to tell them it wasn't fixed and they tell me "oh it's something different" something else I'm going to have to pay for. I don't know if their mechanics have no clue what they're doing or if it's because I'm a woman or if they just like to rip people off but they are a bunch of crooks! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET FIXED! More
