Car into shop on Tuesday and it wasn't ready until Friday at 4:00. I went to ER at 3:00 on Friday for a badly sprained angle from a fall. Since you are closed on the weekend I had to wait until Monday. I still am unable to walk. I have to use a wheelchair or walker to get around. I had to go into the shop to pay, I could not use the credit card without a big fee ((my bill was over $2,000). Luckily I was able to pay with a debit card. I did not know this ahead of time. This was very hard. You need to rethink and see if you can take payment in the car ( similar to waitresses, take card and bring back for signing) The service staff are friendly. More

I've been bringing my vehicles to this dealership for repairs & maintenance for over 20 years. This is the 4th vehicle I've bought there and every time they've been helpful & polite. This time in particular I appreciated the help I received ( took my car to be worked on & found out my warranty expired so decided it may be better to just trade mine in). I was excited to find a car on the lot that fit all my needs. Kudos to Caleb & Heath. They made a difficult decision much easier.
