I booked a time to bring my Truck in for just a normal yearly inspection so I could get a new license registration. They told me on the phone when I called to make the appointment that it should only tak yearly inspection so I could get a new license registration. They told me on the phone when I called to make the appointment that it should only take less than 15 minutes. When I came it they could not find that I had an appointment. I showed them on my phone the message I got back that confirmed my appointment. They finally asked for my phone number and the appointment was found. I again asked how long the inspection should take. I was told it should only be about 15 minutes. I waited in the sitting area for 45 minutes and then went out to ask what the problem was. I was told they would check. After another 15 minutes I was told they would have the truck ready in just a few more minutes. I was told they could go ahead and take my money and speed things up. That did not help speed things up though. I eventually got my vehicle and got ready to get in, but noticed the running boards did not come out automatically as usual. I tried several things to no avail. I went back in and tried to get help but was told it would be a little bit. I then told them forget about it and I would go somewhere else to have it checked. When I got home I found that for whatever reason someone had disconnected the running board connection. It was hanging down and very noticeable. It was not something that was an accident but had to have been done on purposed because of the way the box was pulled out. I would not recommend the service department for this location. I have never had to wait and be disrespected as this before. The vehicle is only 8 months old and a 2024 model. I will do my best to avoid this dealership in the future. The people I have worked with before do not seem to be there now and maybe that is the issue. I did not know the people that waited on me. More

I live in Hendersonville and was looking for a Chevrolet Trax. I visited 2 other dealerships closer to my home and was not impressed as I came across the stereotypical "auto salesman", among other things. I Trax. I found Waynesville Chevrolet online who had a great selection of brand new Chevrolet Trax available and actually on the lot. My husband and I drove an hour to look and are so glad we did! James was a phenomenal salesman who was so down to earth, patient, not pushy and joked around with my husband. The general manager was wonderful and gave us a great deal and the electronic paperwork was a breeze. After we signed the paperwork, James helped connect my phone to the new vehicle and gave a good run down of the features. We felt like we were dealing with family.
