Work took too long to complete and could not get a commitment from Robert the service advisor as to when I’d get my vehicle back even though it was at the dealer from March 1st thru the 11th. On the commitment from Robert the service advisor as to when I’d get my vehicle back even though it was at the dealer from March 1st thru the 11th. On the 10th all that was left was an alignment. I followed up on the 11th early morning to find out if I could get my vehicle that day or if I would need to take more time off of work. He said he doesn’t make those types of commitments and refused to give me an idea of how much longer it would take. I finally had to call the Service Manager and left a voicemail. Within 30 minutes of leaving the message Robert called to say my truck was ready. More
