I live in Hendersonville and was looking for a Chevrolet Trax. I visited 2 other dealerships closer to my home and was not impressed as I came across the stereotypical "auto salesman", among other things. I Trax. I visited 2 other dealerships closer to my home and was not impressed as I came across the stereotypical "auto salesman", among other things. I found Waynesville Chevrolet online who had a great selection of brand new Chevrolet Trax available and actually on the lot. My husband and I drove an hour to look and are so glad we did! James was a phenomenal salesman who was so down to earth, patient, not pushy and joked around with my husband. The general manager was wonderful and gave us a great deal and the electronic paperwork was a breeze. After we signed the paperwork, James helped connect my phone to the new vehicle and gave a good run down of the features. We felt like we were dealing with family.
