My only experience was with the service department. Robert in service got me in for a transmission replacement really quickly. We were on vacation and our transmission went out on day 1. They were able to get our car diagnosed same day as dropped off. They communicated with the warranty company and stayed in communication the whole time. Joy was able to get us a dealer loaner/rental for a day too. This was important as we loved 700+ miles away and had to arrange for a longer term rental. The whole process took just less than 2 weeks. And they kept us informed the whole time. Great experience with the dealership and service department. Just wish it was under better circumstances! More
