I had a 1:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation.. I normally do not give bad reviews but I feel that the employees were put in a bad position by management.. after driving 25 miles for my rotation.. I was not the only customer that was stuck there for more than 2 hours.. from the sounds of it this is a common occurrence. To me this is not a good business practice. There were at least two other customers that were not happy with the time it took to receive their oil change. More
Called about a jeep that they had on the lot with no success buying. They gave me a take it or leave it price and did not care to negotiate with me. My initial experience was okay in terms of buying the truck but the problems happened after I had the truck home and the engine light came on not even 24hrs later. I was hung up on several times just try truck but the problems happened after I had the truck home and the engine light came on not even 24hrs later. I was hung up on several times just trying to get answers about my truck and why the engine light was on. Brandon ghosted me and stopped responding to my texts asking about my truck and why the engine light was on so short after it "passed the inspection" from the dealership. Eventually (after many calls and attempts to find someone who wouldn't hang up) I was helped by a manager that got my truck fixed the day after I talked to him. The overall experience was not great and left a lot to be desired. There have been other issues with the truck since then but I have lost hope in dealing with the dealership because the truck was "as is" More
