Ii made an appointment for a recall on my Chevrolet truck at 9AM that should have taken 2.5 hours to fix. I call at 3 PM and they haven't even started the repair. I then get a call at 430 from them asking if at 9AM that should have taken 2.5 hours to fix. I call at 3 PM and they haven't even started the repair. I then get a call at 430 from them asking if they could keep the truck over night because the guy that was suppose to fix the issue didn't have enough time. I told them that I needed my truck the next day , they told to come pick it up and will fix the issue at a later date. When I got to the dealership the truck was nit ready to be picked up. Parts we're in the back seat a d some of the inside panels were not snapped in correctly. What is the point of an appointment if they can do what ever they want to. Plus my air bag light is on and they said it would be 1000 to fix that. Come on Autostar. More
