My husband and I looked through their inventory online and knew exactly what we wanted to look at before going in. Diego was so awesome and listened to what we wanted and needed, he didn’t try to up sell and show us cars we weren’t interested in. We also told him that we are possibly looking into buying 2 cars, he advised us to wait on the second car. WHAT!?!?!? We are amazed with his honesty and integrity. He didn’t see dollar signs but rather wanted to make us comfortable and happy. He did just that. We walked into the dealership at 530PM and drove away in our new truck at 730PM. So easy and painless. We scheduled an appointment and someone was there to meet us on time. Marcos was excellent! Never once did we feel pushed into trying or buying anything other than what we had wanted or hoped for. We came in with numbers we didn’t want to go above and Marcos and Darren helped us meet those goals! Marcos made it very easy to test drive anything we wanted! He knew the answers to the questions we asked or he made sure he got the answers for us. He went above and beyond and made us feel very comfortable. When we had a couple questions about things getting fixed on the car… He and his manager both were very willing to fix those things after having the mechanics look at it. Once they saw the car, they very kindly agreed and fixed it all. Such an unexpected surprise! The mechanics did a great job. Financing and warranty options were excellent. Again… Zero Hasteling! I would totally recommend Auto Source to friends,family, neighbors… Anyone looking for a car! Everyone went above and Beyond! Thanks for making this a great experience! More
