The easiest and most seamless car transaction I have had! I have never had a car transaction go this smoothly. I got the EXACT I wanted at the EXACT price. Absolutely in love with my new MDX. This was my dream car and I was nervous that it would be sold before I could get the significant other out to drive it to confirm the car was in tip top shape. The Salesman bent over backward to make sure that didn't happen. He made the car available for us to drive on a Sunday. On the day I went to pick it up the paperwork was in order- no hidden surprises I took it straight to the credit union and returned with a check for exactly what we discussed the price of the car to be. Matt even went out of his way to have go over the issues as to why it was a salvaged title and had the mechanics take a second look just to make sure there were no issues. I would absolutely refer people here, ironically both my son and daughter purchased cars here in 2009 - which they are both still driving. Class Act place. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car here. More

He arranged the paperwork ahead of time and arranged a pickup from the airport in the car I was purchasing for my daughter. I was done in less than an hour. I've purchased a lot of cars over the years. This is the best experience I've had by far. Russell was awesome! I'll be back again! More
good sales, good car, bad after sale customer service Purchase of vehicle and the vehicle its self was good. After the sale service sucked. Tried to get info on the where-abouts of my title, called sale Purchase of vehicle and the vehicle its self was good. After the sale service sucked. Tried to get info on the where-abouts of my title, called sales person, title person, no one would return my voicemails. Texted the salesman and he did text back but still got no where. After several attempts and I mean several, did finally got ahold of Devon (title person) and she did give me the info as to the title. I did finally get it 2 days before my temporary tag expired. I did use the website email contact and they did reply but the only one who gave me any good information was Devon. These guys need better follow up on their after sales customer care. It shouldn't be up to the customer to have to run around and call umpteen different people to get a simple answer. I was told by the salesman and the individual that called me back from my email that the title was on the way, when in fact when I finally talked to Devon she told me that she was waiting for Utah DMV to return it to her so she could forward to me. Great way to get a low mile newer car for less. I have purchased two cars from this location and a few family/friends have also. The cars have had no problems that weren't regular maintenance/repair I have purchased two cars from this location and a few family/friends have also. The cars have had no problems that weren't regular maintenance/repair orientated. I was able to get the make model of car I wanted with low miles for much less than buying new. If you are concerned about the integrity of the cars (I'll admit I was at first) take it to the Tunex shop nearby where they can do an inspection. I took both my mazdaspeed there and my focus st there and they checked out great. If you are still worried, I recommend rolling a warranty into your loan. They offer good warranty service and will take care of you if anything fails under the warranty coverage. I will definitely return for another car in the next 5-10 years. More
Go somewhere else These guys think their salvaged cars should be priced almost as high as a clean title. Negotiate? They don't. Don't waste your time. These guys think their salvaged cars should be priced almost as high as a clean title. Negotiate? They don't. Don't waste your time. More

Now they think their salvaged junk is somehow on par with clean title vehicles. Look up salvaged definition on KBB and you will see that KBB defines salvaged to be worth somewhere between 20 to 40% off retail. Realistically should be 40 to 50% and used to be with them when they were a good dealership. These guys will now pitch these cars to you at 10% off clean value prices for cars that have been totalled. No longer worth it. Also make sure you Google the vin of the car on the lot you want to buy from them and look at the ”images", most of them will come up pictured before repairs and you will see the junk you are really buying. Ok buying experience but no support later on I purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento from the Auto Source in Woods Cross. The buying experience was ok, we purchased the car through Colby. They wrote up th I purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento from the Auto Source in Woods Cross. The buying experience was ok, we purchased the car through Colby. They wrote up the contact wrong and we had to back and forth from the dealership to the bank. Within one week I had to replace the battery. I called Colby and told him what happened and he basically said that the cars sit on the lot and that tends to happen and thats why they don't guarantee batteries. I understand that but xxxx I had to pay over 100 bucks after owning the car for one week. So because of the above reason the buying experience was average and I wouldn't trust this dealership. Overall dissatisfied. More
