Terrible Service Bought a branded title. When we test drove it the washer fluid was out. They mentioned they would fill it after we bought the car. Well a day or two l Bought a branded title. When we test drove it the washer fluid was out. They mentioned they would fill it after we bought the car. Well a day or two later we had a giant puddle under our car which was terrifying. But it turns out it wasn't the radiator but the washer fluid was leaking. After several calls and being told they were way backed up they finally told us it had been over a month and we would need to contact our warranty company. Then our registration came with the wrong last name. Which initially they tried to blame on us filling out paperwork incorrectly. Crazy! Would not buy another car from these guys. More
Customer Service is Awful While I tried desperately not to write this review they really left me no choice. I have been trying for the past two weeks to talk to the Customer Service manager about quarter size chunks of paint that have started coming off my car that was only 10 days off the lot but I still have yet to hear back from him. Why have a Customer Service Manager when you don't have customer service? Truthfully I wasn't even mad about the paint. I realize that I purchased a branded title that had work done to it. However as it was under 10 days off the lot I figured I would reach out. There was definitely something wrong with the paint job as the paint is bubbling up from beneath and not bonding to the metal. I was hoping that it would be a simple fix where they could quickly patch it and we would all move on. However the total lack of response has made this situation from a mildly inconvenient spot of peeling paint into a bigger deal. Great deal, Curtis my sales guy was great. Customer service and satisfaction after the fact was abysmal. More

My wife had found a vehicle that she loved and it was priced handsomely; but the deal was to good to be true.. less than a year later I am having to fork out thousands of dollars to repair an engine that was pitched to my wife as a "NEW" engine. Salesman stated that the vehicle was branded due to the fact that the engine had been damaged and replaced with a "NEW ENGINE". This company cannot provide ANY actual repair documentations and they rely on the very little information provided by their VIN check company. That said, DO NOT rely their 151 point inspection. Please, do yourself a favor and have another mechanic inspect the vehicle of interest. Oh and by the way, the extended warranty does not cover service/ wear items/parts.. In my wife's case, it will not cover any injectors that fail due to carbon build-up on a directed injected engine.. Or a leaking Turbo charge pipe hose.. PLEASE SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY ON A NONE BRANDED VEHICLE. Oh, I should also infom any consumer that chooses to read this review that if you purchase a branded vehicle and have any plan to trade-in or sell it in the future, know that it will only be worth about 30-50% of the blue book value.... DO YOUR RESEARCH AND BE SURE YOU FLY UNDERSTAND WHAY YOU'RE PURCHASING FROM AUTO SOURCE.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! More
Never again After this being my very first car buying experience I ended up not at all happy with the final price I paid. Here I have documentation of all the fee After this being my very first car buying experience I ended up not at all happy with the final price I paid. Here I have documentation of all the fees they charge. They charged me over $2,000 in fees! (after sales tax:$891 based on price, filing fees:$370 and documentation fee:$399, and then the "mandatory" theft protection warranty:$359 they say you have to sign for the sale even though it states it's optional) They told me that's about the average cost of fees considering sales tax varies. They didn't check either box on the odometer paper stating that the miles were correct or incorrect to their knowledge. After all of these fees YOU MIGHT SAVE HUNDREDS if you are lucky. Keep in mind that's compared to THE CERTIFIED USED CLEAN TITLE MARKET VALUE. The unfair fees are something I will be paying interest on for 6 years.(so bring a calculator and someone who knows what they are doing) Hesitant I filled out some paper work, including an application. At the agreement of 12,250 and to top off the fuel tank I bought the car.(they didn't fill up the tank) Then to top it all off they tried slipping in their 4 year warranty at a price of $2100 which I happily declined after learning they had already worked it into my payments. I should have walked away then. I worked with Matt Young and cannot find a name listed that matches the initials of the person who signed the final sale paper with me. I don't recommend anyone buy a car through them. This is not the place for an honest man looking to buy a car. More

I originally saw the veichle at the woodscross location when it was moved to boise I decided to still get it. I was explained what had occurred with the car and my fear and nerves dissapeared. I took it to its official dealer and was informed there was nothing wrong with the veichle. Well there are many who I can name Sabrina v. Really helped in making my experience great. These guys have heart and although sometimes paperwork may not be the smoothest any where you go they make the ride bearable. I recommend thier service and cars great place. More

AutoSource Stands Behind Their Product I bought a car from AutoSource with a little trepidation because of the branded title. We loved the car, but when we took it to have fog lights adjust I bought a car from AutoSource with a little trepidation because of the branded title. We loved the car, but when we took it to have fog lights adjusted, it was discovered that some items of the rebuild had not been done completely or correctly. I spoke with Maria at customer support and she worked with me until it was evident they needed to check everything out. They took the car back to Woods Cross and left me a loaner that was comparable to my car while they investigated and then corrected the deficiencies and concerns. We just got the car back and we are well pleased with the result. My only suggestion would be to have the rebuild checked out before you buy. Maria and the service manager, Greg, lived up to AutoSource's advertised ideals. That's integrity. More
