Purchased a Ford Fusion with 63,000 miles 7 months ago, it is currently in the shop awaiting an inspector because the transmission needs to be replaced already. Tried to get a loaner from this dealership o it is currently in the shop awaiting an inspector because the transmission needs to be replaced already. Tried to get a loaner from this dealership or to buy the car back but they said the only way I could possibly accomplish either of these would to purchase another one of their cars and carry over the now negative equity from the original vehicle over to it. Not a chance! I really wanted to believe that a salvaged title would be fine, especially because of the warranty but I have been proved wrong. Only reason its not 1 star is because the salesmen I worked with were fantastic and the purchasing experience was solid. Names listed below were the salesmen in question that prevented this from being a 1-star review. More
