Service department communication needs to be vastly improved. Called the advertised number to reach a random corporate office and when I got through to someone, was told they would call me back. Call back and told same thing. 2 business days later, I call and manage to get through to the sales department and then had to get the manager on the phone to get to service. He tells me they will call me back. I get a text with an appointment time from a generic number (scheduling system). I show up at my scheduled time - and to my own screw up, planned to wait for a couple of hours for me vehicle to be completed. Here I currently still sit…6 hours later with very little communication other than being told that the took my car offsite to a 3rd party service shop. If this was all communicated to me in the beginning - I would have had no issues. But lack of communication has me sitting here 6+ hours, while missing work, and still waiting… More
