We were in the market for a used car. Jesus was our salesman. He wasn't pushy, yet was very helpful in showing us all the features of this car. I was excited to purchase the 2022 Kia Telluride S with 521 miles on it. Jesus showed me the vehicle and I test drove it. He told me the vehicle was “rebuilt”, which meant nothing to me because I didn’t know that meant the car had a salvage title at the time. I recently tried to refinance the car with my excellent credit and it got denied because of this. I came to the dealership with my preapproval letter from my bank, Navy Federal and these guys didn’t want to use it so I went with their bank, US Bank. I signed up for the extra warranty and stuff. All to find out that it’s void since the car has a salvage title. I’m sure all these guys knew this when they sold me this overpriced vehicle. The button for the trunk doesn’t open so I reached out to them several times about this and no one responded. I live an hour and a half away and just had twins so I have yet to make the drive for my second key. Aside from all the interest on this car equaling almost $14,000, this dealership didn’t have my best interest at hand. I don’t trust them and don’t recommend them to anyone. More

Bought an overpriced branded car with a warranty and a bunch of empty promises. Went almost two months without getting our plates, which were supposed to be here within two weeks. All of this is understan bunch of empty promises. Went almost two months without getting our plates, which were supposed to be here within two weeks. All of this is understandable as delays can happen. We finally got the plates after having complications getting into contact with anyone at AutoSavvy. The manager “Primo” said he would take care of us because of the horrible experience we had, and told us he would get back to us in an hour, but it’s going on two weeks and we still haven’t heard back from him. The only people we were able to get ahold of after purchasing the car was sales and they couldn’t help us at all and we’re useless as far as getting into contact with someone who could help us out. Around the two month point the check engine light comes on for the car and we call AutoSavvy trying to get this fixed, as we had just purchased the car from them. All we wanted was for someone to come pick up the car, take it to their AutoSavvy customer service center, fix it, and bring it back to us. The general manager, Daniel was helpless as well though he said he was in charge of the store, but “couldn’t do anything” and gave us a contact at their AutoSavvy headquarters in UT. We are currently having trouble getting in touch with the headquarters as well so depending on how that goes maybe I will update this review. I can not urge you enough against doing any kind of business with AutoSavvy Duncanville. More
