If we can put 0 stars we would. My son purchased a car in 06/2022 and by 08/2022 the Catalytic converter went bad and the transmission. When we tried to contact the dealership for assistance we were told that we had to contact customer service. We did and was told that the Catalytic converter was not covered at all. We spoke with Christian Vasquez many times and he offered to pay only a portion and that he didn't have to do anything at all because it was out of warranty. The transmission was covered because my son was smart enough to buy a extended warranty. But it took 9 months and our own research to find out the Catalytic converter was cover under manufacture warranty for 15 years. None of the sales staff nor Christian knew this. How can you sell cars and not know your product. I also tried to call customer service multiple times and asked to have Thaddeus the regional manager to contact me to discuss this only to have Christian call and stated that Thaddeus referred us to Christian. No follow up at all and crappy service and lack of knowledge is all I can say. No wonder Auto Source closed down and changed their name because they had horrible reviews and experiences as well. Only to reopen under Auto Savvy as a new name but same company... Good luck when dealing with a car issue More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! I bought a 320i BMW awhile back and they never told me about all the damage it had before. I found out it is a salvage title, and it should have never been sold. It was wrecked out and they never told me about all the damage it had before. I found out it is a salvage title, and it should have never been sold. It was wrecked out and had huge amounts of water damage. Again, when I bought the car no one told me anything about these issues. This March I started having issues, I got a brand-new engine with my warranty. I tried to trade it in for a SUV that would better suit my family. My thought was with a brand-new engine it would be a good sell. Unfortunately, no one wants it at all. I took it to 11 different dealerships, and they all said because of the title no one will take it. They explained all the issues a salvage title has and how they will not be able to ever sell a title like that. All dealerships also told me to never buy a car from Auto Source/Auto Savvy because they DO NOT CARE about their cars or people, they only care about the sale. We are stuck with this car. We have reached out several times to at least see what we can do and of course Auto Source/Auto Savvy will not talk to us. They told us it was our problem. More
