Unfortunately the experience went from what we thought was pleasant to miserable. This dealership has hidden costs that were not disclosed during negotiations. This leads me to think that they are dishonest brokers willing to hide fees for products not needed (LoJack). Walked away from purchase, too shady. At the end of all this, they wasted everyone’s time, which in this day is too valuable. If you do business with these people ask up front what added fees are associated with their cars, apparently LoJack is installed on every vehicle and they are charging thousands for it. Ridiculous! More

Great Experience I had been looking at cars for the last 4 months and one of the cars that I had planned on looking at was a 2013 Acura TL AWD for a good price with lo I had been looking at cars for the last 4 months and one of the cars that I had planned on looking at was a 2013 Acura TL AWD for a good price with low mileage at AutoQuest. I planned a trip to check out a couple of cars and was checking the website the night before heading over there and the price had dropped on the one at AutoQuest making it a great price. I made it my first stop and didn't need to see any of the others. The sales floor is a big open building, well lit and clean. Everybody there was very helpful, nobody was pushy. The paperwork went very fast. The next time I am looking for a car I will check AutoQuest first. More
