5th times a charm! I visited 4 dealers looking for someone to work with me and my not so stellar credit! Every single salesman I met had me test drive the newest nicest I visited 4 dealers looking for someone to work with me and my not so stellar credit! Every single salesman I met had me test drive the newest nicest car with all the bells and whistles BEFORE checking my credit. Needless to say I left each dealership very disappointed! My sister referred me to Bill Hav. I told her there was NO way I was going to waste hours of my day only to be told "Sorry!" Well, my car was crap and I was desperate so I messaged Bill on Facebook and set up time to meet with him. Bill shocked me! He was busy with other customers and didn't have time to "take me for a ride". He cut the bull and got straight to the numbers! He was completely honest with me and did NOT make any promises. I was still worried that my credit would land me in a very used older vehicle. Not good when I drive over an hour to and home from work. WELL...I don't know how Bill and his team (at the time he worked for Honda) did it, but he got me in a brand new car! Does it have all the bells and whistles I wanted? No, but it's a NEW car and it's beautiful! I love it! Bill's the man! He truly loves his job and it shows! I wouldn't refer my friends and family to anyone else! Thanks again Bill Hav!!!! More

Best Car Buying Experience of My Life! I recently went to AutoProved to visit Bill Hav because I knew if he couldn’t get me a car, I would be completely out of luck. My credit wasn’t the best due to a recent bankruptcy and I got turned down be several car dealerships before visiting Bill. This guy knows his stuff! Immediately laid out every detail of how he was going to do whatever it took to get me into the car I wanted. There was never a point where I was nervous or felt like I was being swindled which was a first in my car buying experiences.
