Comfortable and Stress free! Had the best car buying experience ever! Our AutoProved journey began with Nicki, and ended with Santos. (Sorry it took so long for me to write this, guys) my wife and I, are not kids. We both have purchased cars for like 30 years as needed. We have both driven hoopties as well as brand new off the show room floor. This includes the kids cars! We were thinking about a new car for a few months. My wife's business includes driving from client to client. We also need it for daily life crap,(you all get it) as were getting up there in years, we've learned a few things, so we want Affordable, Safe, Reliability ,Comfort, Function and every needs a little Style! Part of our nearly daily travel took us past AutoProved. I noticed it every time we drove by and thought they have some nice cars. Started investigating on line, and was impressed with the qulity, milage, selection etc.. My wife finally said something about Subaru being safe and reliable. I was looking while we drove by one night (late) stopped ,as I was looking around, was approached by a professional young man who I told I was just looking around. Surprised he didn't try and pressure, simply offered his card said if ever I had questions he would make himself available. We kept looking around at prices,values.... Seen a Subaru on line we liked, I could not find the salesman's card. I called Nicki accommodated us with an appt. When we got there she explained that the car we came to see was at their other lot so she has arranged for us to drive over in a Subaru that had just come in because she read our specs and thought we might like this one more. She then introduced us to Santos, got to say I was impressed that he remembered me from 10 minutes, a few months ago. Long story short.! We did like the one we drove to see the other, price was even a bit lower. No bait and switch! Just a dealer who goes through the right lenders and puts you in a car you like and can afford! I'm truly suspicious of every one and am rarely impressed (honestly by a younger generation) both Nicki and Santos and a few other that needed to be involved were extremely professional and personable. Not to mention Are Styling New Subaru Forester, that I also know my wife is safe in! Thank you all for making a big decision comfortable! William & Kimberly More
