Good morning, let's educate our potential future customers. The two employees named have no criminal backgrounds so we can remove your comment about crooks. And, yes all employees work to get paid we are unaware of a job where employees do it for free, unless it's a non-profit organization or charity. As of right now auto sales does not fall under either. All of our vehicles have a clean title, we do not sell any branded titles to the community, if a vehicle is traded in with one it is immediately wholesaled, let's remove the comment of selling non-clean title vehicles. We always encourage a third party mechanic to review a pre-owned vehicle, whether it's from us or another dealership, like an inspection when purchasing a home. We also wouldn't like anybody to misunderstand the 3 day EXCHANGE, we have never offered a return policy. We don't understand how somebody could be fooled by the best price? Isn't the best price the BEST? All of our vehicles follow the buyers guide set by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) which means it must be disclosed of any mechanical issues our service department may find and not repaired during the multi-point inspection. We would agree with only one statement in this review, better read the reviews! Our dealership is known for selling quality vehicles, at the right price and without issues to the community!! In fact your last comment actually suggests going to a trusted dealership to HAVE issues? Mr Vincent or Keith, or whoever is behind of this response...I stand behind my statements base on my personal experience we met not long ago at your dealership location when me and my nephew showed up to purchase the blue Nissan Rogue.We were 100 percent committed to purchase this vehicle(I’m sorry I can’t post pictures this way everyone can judge who’s is lying).I have 45 years experience working on car repair shop and my eyes doesn’t lie to me when i have to give a fair opinion.My nephew came with $18k cash to do the transaction he discussed with one of your employee(not to mention that, the morning he was ready to come, Ian,the salesman changed the deal price base on your instructions...at least that was the explanation he came with).He was invited(I will say more forced) inside of your office to sign the sale papers without even giving a chance TO SEE the vehicle...I want to clarify that, this happened after I pressed all Autoproved employees present at that time(Ian, Vincent and Keith) to explain why this individual vehicle is missing the stickers with VIN#...nobody could come with an explanation...More than this, we never were allowed to see the car inside and we asked for a test drive which was denied under their shielded explanation “COVID guideline “...Mr, Vincent and Keith...we didn’t travel there 220miles waisting five ours and not to be allowed to see and test what we were ready to pay for...wasn’t like we asked you to present us three vehicles, test them and choose one at the end...all the agreements regarding payment for this vehicle were done by phone and I’m strongly affirm that was my nephew’s rights to test the vehicle before to sing ...you refused that because I noticed that there was something wrong with this vehicle beside your claim the car has clean title...yes, is true but if you didn’t know yet, not all the accidents/damage events are reported to be recorded on CARFAX.So your vehement denial to see this vehicle inside and do the drive test, rise big suspicions and red flags.All doors were missing also the edge trims , the only explanation for that(considering this car was only 2 1/2 years old) was this car may got damaged, fixed and offered for sale as clean title.And if there wasn’t this case, if I was you I would do everything possible to prove contrary,which you never struggled to do.You could call my nephews and work out somehow, but because I disclosed something you didn’t want us to see, you couldn’t.In fact Keith’s rudeness, at the end of meeting proved everything.I just wanted everyone to read all this details and understand exactly what happened there(why I mentioned you guys got paid for that day since I and my nephew waisted our time).If you want more details about this, I have no problem...I can post more comments to sustain my claims.At the end I still encourage all your potential customers to ask for their rights that to inspect/test drive any of your vehicles before signing anything.Good luck and I’ll see you guys around!

Now that we know which customer this is let us explain in detail the situation. You both were explained when the initial lead came through that in PA we are not permitted to "demonstrate" vehicles due to COVID-19 and the governor's orders. Everything is to be conducted strictly online, which meant no test drives or opening up of vehicles. Figures were agreed upon and arrangements were made for delivery. You both decided to show up at delivery and insist we go against what dealerships were told. We did tell you that you could not open up the vehicle and look through it and yes you could not test drive the vehicle. It has nothing to due with damage or mechanical issues. We explained numerous times that this is the purchase process we are to abide by. You were offered to wait until the strict guidelines were lifted. We still stand behind our decision!! We will NOT go against what guidelines the state has put forth for auto sales. We will not call your nephew to work something out, this is a trying time. There are a lot of orders everyone must follow, making many purchases difficult during this time. We also will not apologize for our actions because, it is always best to do things the right way, it's NEVER worth one sale by breaking the law. Good luck in your car searching.

No Mr Vincent or Keith...is not true, again you are lying...we never were told that if we show up, there will be no drive test or visual inspection for this car...your salesperson, Ian, NEVER mentioned about this”regulation “tough your sudden comportment changed right the way after I asked why the VIN# stickers are missing from this car...still , at this moment you keep go around the answer not mentioning anything about this.If we were told there will be no allowed test drive I would NEVER waist my and my nephew”s time to come at your place.We are a very honest persons, that’s what I thought you guys are also, and our presence there with all the money($18k) can demonstrate that.You avoided to let us check deeper this car because I was the one to notice issues you tried to hide and later come with “Covid guidelines “ explanation.You were asked to give us an explanation about why edge trims from all doors were removed and why at least two VIN# stickers were missing...at that time you didn’t know what to do and get rid of us as quickly is possible...you knew instantly the selling transaction for this car is compromised and wanted us to leave. you still can’t come with an trusted explanation about this issue, and hide behind your puerile explanation.I hope people will read all this comments and will be smart enough to ask to be allowed to inspect this car.You had a chance to sell this car and go to next step, however I noticed you dropped the price after our visit there, which rise more red flags.

Sir, at the end of the day we can go back and forth but we will stand by our decision and do business with the safety of our staff and future customers. We are going to follow Gov. Tom Wolf's orders in regards of conducting automobile sales without test drives. Again, this is why we offer a 3 day exchange program. After multiple attempts to berate us online you still send us messages stating that you would like to purchase this vehicle. At this point, we will not sell you this vehicle. Good luck on your search and please stay away from ATM's.
