Twenty minutes prior to my arrival Iwas notified that the car was sold, and upon my arrival the new owner was actually just leaving. Due to a previous bad experience in NY, I VERY MUCH appreciated the call and honesty from AutoProved so I kept my appointment anyway to look around at other vehicles. The lot is no frills, but clean and staff was very friendly. My salesman, Mr. Carmona, was very professional, yet the whole visit was relaxed. And while it was the typical care sale process, it was in no way high pressure and pricing was very good before the required”haggle”. Iancarlos (Mr. Carmona) was a pleasure to work with, and the whole team seemed to have a genuine rapport, not tripping over each other in competition.
