Good afternoon, if the vehicle you bought had problems at the time of purchase then why did you buy it? None of our vehicles have issues when purchased. All of our vehicles go through a vigorous 121 multi-point inspection prior to being available for sale. Also, along with every purchase is a 7 day no worries warranty, which means anything mechanically wrong with the vehicles within 7 days is repaired at no cost. The service engine soon light has been on from day one we told you about it and we were told by Vince himself it would cost much to fix. It has a bad Torque converter clutch solenoid. Now we can only drive it short distances because it now has a blown head gasket which we think was there when we got it. We also think the repair shop put something in it to seal it up so we wouldn't know about.

You purchased this vehicle almost 1 1/2 years ago, unfortunately there is nothing we will do at this point. You've have adequate time for a resolution and this vehicle was sold specifically/explicitly AS-IS. The vehicle you purchased at that time was almost 20 years old.

Not according to the paperwork we have in the glovebox of the car. The so called as-is box on the paperwork isn't checked. So we feel that you need to do something about it. If we could take a picture of it and attach it here we would. If you have access to the paperwork you need to take a look at it. Because we have bought as-is cars before and that box was always checked off.
