The sales department is lovely. However, the services department is atrocious. The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Faulty repair job Bought my volvo v70 in 2 weeks ago had to be towed there would not start. Told them fix everything that needed to be done to get it running. When Bought my volvo v70 in 2 weeks ago had to be towed there would not start. Told them fix everything that needed to be done to get it running. When i picked it up expecting things to be done.,Only one thing was done. When i asked why they said i declined which was not true. Long story short and 1400+$$$ I now have a car sitting in my driveway back where i started from. Now I have to have it towed some where BUT not there. Also a very chaotic dealership nobody knows what they're doing. There's service reps are awful. More

Dealer was not able to fix my car after 3 weeks of working on it. They made sure to fix something that did not resolve the problem, but made sure to charge me for it. I had to tow the car back to the working on it. They made sure to fix something that did not resolve the problem, but made sure to charge me for it. I had to tow the car back to the dealer the same day after picking it up. The car is still broken! More
